Each session is intuitively guided and unique, but here's a general flow:
Duration: 30-60 mins

Intention setting: We'll begin with a brief check-in to align your focus and set a healing intention

Closing Reflections: We'll gently reconnect and share any insights or sensations that came through

Each session is intuitively guided and unique but we'll begin with a Reiki session to ground and aligned your energy, following by a personalized color palette presentation via Zoom.

Policies for all services
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
This secures your session and allows me to hold that time and energetic space just for you.

Cancellation Policies
I deeply value the time, energy, and intention we both bring to each session.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, I kindly ask at least 24 hours' notice so that the space may be offered to someone else who may be in need of healing.
